Archaeological Survey of India has a deal with Google Maps that they gonna show Tajmahal, Ajanta Caves and other 100 monuments on it in complete 360 Degree view.
3D view for some specific buildings is available in Google Maps from a long time, but there are very less buildings available outside USA.
Now around 100 Monuments from India will be available in complete 360 Degree view.
entral Cultural Minister Chandresh Kumari Katoch on this Thursday inaugurated Indian Culture Online event. Katoch said “The aim of this project is to publicize Indian culture and monuments in whole world.” Also they want tourists to be more interested in Indian culture and come here more often. Using Google Maps anyone from any place in the world can see these monuments. I Love My India.
